This sweet yellow maize flour is perfect for making sweet arepas. It is also great for the recipe of arepa cachapas. It is made from refined pre-cooked sweet yellow corn flour and is the perfect addition to a low gluten or gluten free baking kitchen.
Use it to make Cachapas Venezolanas, Arepas de Choclo Colombianas, Chorreadas Costarricenses, Guiriles Nicaraguenses, Riguas Salvadorenas, Juritas o Tortrillas de Maiz Crudo Hondurenas, Envuelitos de Maiz, and Bollos de Mazorca.
