Shallow oven proof dish

At £95, the Le Creuset Cast Iron Rectangular Oven Dish, Volcanic, 30 cm (Amazon.co.uk) is not cheap, however it's probably my favourite oven dish and comes highly recommeded. It's just the right size for small casseroles, pasta bakes, batters, toad-in-the-hole, pot roasts and the like. Perfect for 2 people.
