The 'Scifresh' apple, known by the trademark name Jazz, is a cross between the apples Gala and Braeburn.

A zingy sweet taste combined with a unique red and yellow appearance, and a consistent freshness and texture.

Grown under license in New Zealand, UK, Washington state in the US, Australia, France, Chile, Italy, Switzerland and Austria. Jazz apples are now widely available in New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France, Chile, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Sweden, USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Canada, and the UK.
