These Big K Barbecue Coals are relatively expensive, but worth the extra cost as one bag is easily enough for two of us - in fact we recently used one bag to barbecue a whole spatchcock chicken, and there was still plenty of hot coals left at the end.
Just light four corners of the paper bag - wait until the coals are white-hot, then begin barbecuing!
