A tasty chilli burger made with Dragon Monterey Jack cheese, produced in Wales by South Caernarfon Creameries.
Ingredients

- 500g Beef mince
- 2 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 medium sized egg beaten
- 1 red chilli finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
- 4 x 28g slices monterey jack cheese
- 4 x Burger buns split in half horizontally
- 4 large gherkins thinly sliced
- A Light dusting of plain flour
Method
- Mix the mince with the chopped chilli and 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
- Add beaten egg and mix thoroughly, form into 4 evenly sized burgers and dust with plain flour
- Grill or bbq burgers for 6-10 minutes until cooked through
- Place a slice on Monterey Jack on each burger and grill until melted and bubbling
- Spread one slice of bun with chilli sauce and arrange gherkins slices on base of bun, place the burger inside bun and serve immediately
