A great way to prepare a hard cheese such as Džiugas cheese or another hard cheese similar to Parmesan cheese for nibbling or for serving over salads etc.

- 100 g Diugas cheese or Parmesan cheese
Method
- Using an Oxo Good Grips Julienne peeler or similar, shave the cheese into strips
- As this cheese is very firm, once julienned, it can easily be broken into even smaller pieces.
