A great way to prepare a hard cheese such as Džiugas cheese or another hard cheese similar to Parmesan cheese for nibbling or for serving over salads etc.

Method

  1. Using an Oxo Good Grips Julienne peeler or similar, shave the cheese into strips
  2. As this cheese is very firm, once julienned, it can easily be broken into even smaller pieces.

Nibble or scatter over salads.
