Cookipedia uses, and recommends UptimeRobot.
It's free and very, very useful!
There are other systems available to do the same job, but they are not free and why pay for a service when you can get it for nothing.
Ps: Unlike other providers, UptimeRobot does not continually pester you with spam! 🤓
