I have to admit that I am a bit of a chilli-freak.  I carry [[chilli sauces]] with me and usually have around 15 to 20 different 'chilli sauce' products at home.

[[Sambal Udang Bercili Ranggup]] or  [[Tean's Crispy Prawn Chilli]] is definitely my current favourite chilli.  It's chilli seeds and flakes in a salty, sugary, shrimpy paste.  If you eat too much of this, you'll get stomach cramps, but my God, it's gorgeous!

I first discovered it at [[Oriental Delight (Norwich)]], my local [[Chinese_ingredients_(supplier)]].  Visually, it looks a low-quality product in a plastic jar, and it's a little more expensive that the 'standard' LGM brand chilli products.  However, on my return visit to [[Oriental Delight (Norwich)]] for refills the shelves showed how good people think it is.  They had none - all sold out.

I found an alternative suppler on Amazon, at almost twice the price - £3.50 from Oriental Delight; £8.50 from Amazon.  Anyway, if you need good chilli, you have to pay the price.

Try and see if you can get yourselves some of this. I absolutely promise you, you will not be disappointed.
