Plaisir au Chabis is an artisan [[Cows|cows]]’s [[Milk|milk]] [[Cheese|cheese]] from Burgundy.  It has a subtle to strong, savoury taste, with a supple and melting texture.  As the cheese is washed every week with Chablis, it has a distinctive aroma, although not so pungent as those washed in [[Marc de Bourgogne]].

The rind is a creamy orange colour, tending towards copper as it matures.  It is sold in cylinders of 200g and usually presented in a wooden box
