Produced by the Gaylard family of '''[http://www.ccl-ltd.co.uk Cornish Country Larder]''' at Trevarrian near Newquay, Gevrik [[cheese]] is produced from pasteurised whole goat’s [[milk]]

The [[cheese]] has a clean and fresh taste with a nutty flavour and it develops a creamy, melting texture as it matures.  It weighs just 70g so is ideally sized for individual helpings.

Gevrik is Cornish (Kernewek) for small goat
