Fowler's Extra Extra Mature Homemade Cheddar Style cheese is produced by '''[http://www.traditionalcheeses.co.uk/cheese_selection.htm Fowler’s of Earlswood]''', who moved from Derbyshire to Warwickshire in 1918.  It is made with pasteurised cows' [[milk]] and vegetarian [[rennet]].

It is a hard [[cheese]], but softer than [[Cheddar]] and has a richer flavour and smoother texture.  Matured for 24 months or more, it is available in weights of 200g, 400g, 1kg, 2.4kg and 4.8kg.
