It has lots of steps that involve different procedures and even 2 cooking methods.
To my mind an easy recipe is something you put in one pan, cook, stir, serve - well, you get the idea I guess :-)

I will change it to 2 then. I suppose my thinking was along the lines that with a TM, there is no standing over pans - you just let it cook and stir itself at what temp and speed you set it at and get on with something else. Apples had to be taken to A&E in Cheltenham yesterday morning as gum was bleeding badly again :-( They refused to look at it and said he should go to a dentist! There is only one NHS dentist that does a Saturday surgery and that is his own. He didn't want to go there for them to mess it up a third time, so he came home with a telephone number for me to ring. When I eventually got through, the next nearest place was Gloucester so Robin had to drive him there and fortunately they seem to have done an excellent job. It was a real hassle though because of the traffic as Gino d'Acampo was at the Gloucester Food Festival at the docks and guess where the dentist was ... The bloody docks, so nowhere to park. Poor old Robin (who drove him) wasn't pleased at all, especially as Apples had soaked the car seat in blood. Luckily it washed out quite easily. I might even get to sleep in my own bed tonight too, without fear of being bled on :-) JB xx
God, that's awful. Hope he's feeling better now. It can be a real trial to get a dentist on the nhs if you're not registered with them already. Ihad to complain to the health authority many times before Icould get placed. My last dentist delisted me because I wanted annual , not 6 monthly check ups. In league with them bankers methinks. Iguess you didn't geta chance to sneak in to the food fair either :-) Get better soon A. and you enjoy your bloodless sleep. xx
