I made quite a poor interpretation of the original recipe. Almost every recipe that goes on Cookipedia is tested first. I had not seen sarma before and so made some quite basic errors. I have this on my list to make again soon so hopefully won't upset too many people.
Whatever meat you use, it all goes in the filling and this recipe almost certainly has far too much filling, even for 8 people.
