Use with G&P pizza oven:
Leave the base to rise for a short while. Best to shape using semolina. Add loads of sem to stone.
Pre-heat oven on lower element for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile gently spread tom mixture over the top of base
Transfer base carefully using peel/paddle, close lid and cook on lower for 2 mins.
Lift lid and add cheese and olives
Drizzle with a little olive oil (forgot the damned olive oil, grrr!)
Close lid and switch to dual heat for 8 minutes
