Talk:Naan bread

From Cookipedia
Jump to: navigation, search

If you mix the strong bread flour 50/50 with self-raising flour, then you can omit the baking powder. For an authentic taste I always add a couple of teaspoons of black onion seeds and sesame seeds to the mixture, then brush the naan with ghee or melted butter after grilling.
