Recipe modification
This was very disappointing. It looked 'nasty' and had very little flavour.
The idea for the original recipe came from a supermarket recipe card and I did wonder at the cooking order when I originally read it - they obviously don't test their recipes as we do!
I have amended the recipe a little so there are some fresh spring onions and vegetables at the finish.
The photo is from the original recipe, the amended version is much improved!
