Talk:Capricorn Goat’s cheese

A physically small cheese with a Brie-type, white, furry-textured and tasteless rind. The cheese is runny and with a tangy bite, close to the rind, becoming blander and more crumbly towards the centre. It would almost certainly benefit from being kept a little longer before eating.
