Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper is one of the hottest chilli peppers grown. Spicy Hill Scotch Bonnet Pepper is "natural granulated scotch bonnet pepper" with no preservatives. Each 35g packet is the equivalent of about 10 fresh Scotch bonnet chillies.
