Ikea poultry shears with safety lock

Poultry shears or poultry scissors are heavy duty scissors designed for cutting up raw or cooked poultry. To aid grip on the meat, one edge may be serrated or notched. To assist cutting through bones one edge may be slightly concave. They are usually manufactured from stainless steel and are designed to be cleaned thoroughly and easily.
