Maggi Smoke seasoning


Maggi Liquid Seasoning: This is a super easy way to introduce a smoky flavour into your meat, chicken and fish dishes. It works great in marinades, stews and sauces too. Otherwise known as liquid smoke.

Chef's notes

I now use Taste Sensation Hickory Smoke Powder in preference to Maggi's liquid smoke. As a powder its easier as a marinade for meat or fish and a inch or two of the smoke powder feels nicer to use than a liquid.
