Dried minced garlic

Dried minced garlic granules are garlic cloves that have been chopped into small pieces and then dehydrated.

They are not normally rehydrated, but used in recipes where dry ingredients are required such as Taco seasoning. About 1/4 teaspoon of dried powdered garlic or dry minced garlic or is equivalent to one fresh clove.
