Frozen Chinese pancakes
Crispy duck pancakes, ready to roll
step by step recipe here

Crispy duck pancakes are made from wheat flour and are usually reheated in a bamboo steamer but can also be reheated by cooking in a microwave for 20 seconds.

For a nice change when serving crispy aromatic duck, try using lettuce or pak choy leaves instead of Chinese pancakes. Even plain tortilla wrappers would do if you're unable to source the real thing.

If you are in the UK, Seewoo is an excellent Chinese supermarket chain. You'll be able to get your pancakes and much more from them. They are often sold frozen in quantities of 100, separately wrapped in 10's. Separate them and allow to defrost at room temperature, then reheat as above.
