Creamy raspberry dressing
Tangy and fruity, this would go well with asparagus.
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
- Ground white pepper
- Add the salt to the vinegar and stir until the salt disappears
- Whisk in the mustard, yogurt and season to taste
