Carp

Carp is a common name for various freshwater fish of the family Cyprinidae, a very large group of fish originally from Eurasia and southeast Asia. Carp have long been an important food fish to humans, as well as popular ornamental fishes such as koi and goldfish. Carp are good steamed, pan fried, grilled, or baked.
