The Bertinet Kitchen (http://www.thebertinetkitchen.com/) is a cookery school which was open in 2005 and the Bertinet Bakery (http://www.bertinet.com/bertinetbakery/) is the bakery which was open in 2007.
Richard Bertinet, the founder, has 20 years experience as a chef and baker.
They only ever use natural, wholesome ingredients. They never use flour improvers, processing aids or enzymes – ingredients which are often used to save time or increase shelf life. Their range of breads includes (but not limited to): sourdough, spelt, ciabatta, baguette, white or brown loafs, light malted rye, etc.
