I have moved this out of recipes and into Category:Ingredients (Prepared foods) as recipes must be an actual recipe or the whole section becomes misleading.
Once we have a recipe for scouse then it can come back to recipes (whilst still staying in ingredients) --Chef 13:52, 31 July 2010 (BST)
That's OK, my fault - I put the wrong tag on it when it was created (still learning about the diffs between and uses of all the Wiki/CP tags).
Used to make this a lot (and ate it often at other people's houses) when I lived in Liverpool but cannot remember all the ingredients and quantities so can't put up a recipe until I've actually made and tested it for myself at home.
