JP: new batch: 6/3/2010- ready??
As you know, I made some of these about 18 months ago and although they were nice, we hardly used them. This is because of MAS aversion to fruit with savoury food and also I had not come across any veggie recipes using them. Glad to see that Belazu have provided some, which is why I bought their own preserved lemons. If I find I will be using them a lot, I will certainly start making my own again. --JuliaBalbilla 08:54, 29 October 2010 (BST)
I had kept jars of these on the worktop as they looked so nice, however after about 4 years of making these, I now think they keep for longer out of the light. They seem fresher and less prone to going really soft.
