Chop pepper, chili and onion into small pieces

Method

  1. Bring a small pan half full of water to boil
  2. Blanch ducks feet in water with white wine for a few minutes
  3. Rinse and steam the fermented black beans for 5 minutes
  4. In a frying pan heat up the oil
  5. Saute the onion and black beans until fragrant
  6. Add in the pepper, chili and ducks feet and stir fry until well cooked
  7. Mix in the sauce ingredients
  8. Cook briefly and serve

Serving suggestions

Serve with rice or noodles
