They have given us permission to reproduce their recipes and I will be using the way you have with Belazu for this purpose (though they do not sell direct, apart from Rooster seed potatoes). I think I can manage to set it up somehow, but if I get stuck, I will tell you. Several of their recipes are from Michel Roux Jr and Andrew Fairlie from Gleneagles. Their reply was:
