Origin

  • Named after the highest point in North Dorset, this is an elegantly made soft white mould ripened cheese. Winner of a Gold Medal in both the World Cheese Awards and Taste of the West Awards and a Gold 2* at the Great Taste Awards 2010.

  • Ready to eat from about six weeks but if left to mature becomes a very creamy tasting cheese.

Shape, weight and size

  • It is available in two formats; one that can be consumed in one sitting at 240grams (ideal for a cheese board), the other is large enough for a big dinner party at 800grams.
