Lancashire Black Bomb is an artisan, unpasteurised cows' milk cheese made by Andrew Shorrock at Newhouse Farm in Goosnargh, near Preston.
The cheese is made with vegetarian rennet and has a powerful flavour with a creamy texture. It is coated in black wax.
