Geographical origin proved by an unbroken series of documents which makes it possible,to trace the entire history of the product throughout the production process. The Département of Ain has a deep-rooted tradition of poultry farming, and poultry features prominently in local gastronomic specialities, and the commercial poultry bred in Ain is renowned for its quality.
