Method

  1. Place the butterfly in the bowl.
  2. Add the butter and sugar 4 minutes / 60 ° C / Speed 2.
  3. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract 40 minutes / 100 ° C / Speed 1 / MC Off.
  4. Pour the fudge into a greased and lined 20cm x 20cm baking tray (8 inch) and allow to cool and harden at room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and cut into squares.
  6. Sprinkle with a little Fleur de sel de Guérande.
  7. Keep in an airtight container.
