We are a very small, family business. V J Game and Sussex Smokers are owned by Vincent Elliott. His wife Julia works at the premises during the week and operates market stalls at weekends. Vincent does all of the [[smoking]] and preparing.  Our Master Butcher is Vincent's father who has over 50 years experience in butchery. Kerry Herbert works in the office doing all of the paperwork and admin duties and then operates market stalls at the weekends.

Both Vincent and his father (Derek) are licensed game dealers and are very well known in our part of the world for offering a fair deal.  Derek has an assistant, Lorraine, who makes our Gourmet Game Sausages by hand.
 
We have 2 very hard working stall operators, Darren (pictured) and Bobbie, who are a fountain of knowledge and expert sales people that run our stalls as and when the markets fall.

We sell [[venison]] and [[wild boar]] joints and cuts of [[meat]] as well as [[Game Birds]] in season. In addition we make [[venison]], [[wild boar]] and [[rabbit]] [[burgers]] plus [[venison]] and [[wild boar]] [[sausages]] in a wide variety of flavours.

Luckily they visit our local Farmer's Market, [[Hall Place]] on the first Sunday of every month.
