I think that is where I sent it - I will try again now JB

Not sure what the problem might be. I've test sent to myself ok. If you still have a problem, you can get a message to me by using the Contact the editor form. That will send an email to me.

Sent again and I think size might be the problem (36 mb) as message said:

Do you have a restriction on file size?

It is a PDF file so not sure how to split it up into smaller chunks JB

I don't , but Google does.

With Gmail, you can send and receive messages up to 25 megabytes (MB) in size.

If you have a url I can down load it from there. (You cant spilt up a pdf easily)

There isn't a URL. It is on my computer and I got it from a disc. This is what I said in the email.

QUOTE Took delivery of this yesterday http://www.amazon.co.uk/elBullitaller-84-Recipes-DVD/dp/B003ICPSDG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1408016550&sr=8-3&keywords=el+bulli+dvd and it comes with a PDF file of all the recipes shown in the DVD. Am sending you a copy of the file as you might find it interesting. Whilst many of the recipes do require gadgets of one sort or another, there are several that just need stuff that most households have, eg stick blender. There are colour photos of all the recipes as well and yes, they are in English. Hope you try one or two of them! UNQUOTE

I am in the middle of converting the recipe to Word, but there will be no photos. JB

OK - That looks very interesting.

I'll write a program so you can upload the file to the CP server and I can get it from there. It might not be done until next week. I'll send you the url once it's been wrote :-)

OK, I'll hang on then. I am supposed to be off to L Buzzard next week, Not sure exactly when as sister still on holiday. Hoping to take computer if sister is picking me up, but not sure if I will be able to manage it if I have to go by train. No lifts at Birmingham New Street and you always have to go up and down great flights of steps to change trains. The recipes for whipping syphons that I have added will be made this weekend, plus one or two others so will have pics then. By the way, in the recipe builder where you have the list of cooking methods, ie boiled, roasted, should there be one for 'whipped'. Was thinking about that when I added the Olive oil foam recipe because whilst it is uncooked, you do have to heat the oil to dissolve the Glice. I think there are other additives that you have to dissolve using heat. Or would it suffice just to have the recipes added to Cat:Whipping syphon recipes? JB xx

I hope you do enjoy your trip to L.B. I've sent you an email re the upload script and I'll add a whipped category and link info to whipping syphons shortly.

OK, thanks. Thinking about photographing the chocolate mousse I made last night as we have a little bit of sun, but it means I will have to eat it :-( It is SO rich! One thing about the syphon though is that the N20 acts as a preservative so it will keep. JB xx

Whipping syphon recipes

Can you add Cat Whipping Syphon recipes to Cat Recipes please as it won't let me do it and asked to send you a message. JB

That seems to be ok now. Let me know if not. I am around for another 25 mins. x JP
