Nick sent me a small sample of this to try.  I'm now on my second Kilo of this fabulous sauce mix.  It's super tasty and such a quick cheat for a great meal. Make up by boiling water weight / pasta sauce mix powder 4:1  Thats about 50g of powder to 200ml of boiling water.  Stir well and mix in the pasta.  I like to add some freshly grated cheese to top this, and that's it!
