[[Piri piri|piri piri]], also known as [[Peri peri|peri peri]] is Swahili for [[Pepper]]-Pepper, its a spicy hot [[Blend|blend]] of [[Chilli|chilli]], [[Lemon|lemon]], [[Herbs|herbs]] and [[Spices|spices]] that has [[Portuguese]] origins and is especially prevalent in Angola, Namibia, Mozambique and South African cuisines, The [[Taste Sensation]] interpretation of this classic is a well balanced concentrated blend of the key ingredients being [[Smoked paprika|smoked paprika]], [[Garlic|garlic]], [[Black pepper|black pepper]], birds eye chilli and lemon, weve added no [[Sugar|sugar]] or [[Salt|salt]], so you can control the level you require.

How to use: as a dry rub to [[Beef|beef]], [[Pork|pork]] and [[Chicken|chicken]], or mix with [[Olive oil|olive oil]] and water (the amount depending on the viscosity you require), to make a paste/[[Sauce|sauce]] to [[Marinate|marinate]] [[Meat|meat]], also add to a [[Food processor|food processor]] and [[Blend|blend]] for a smooth paste/sauce, mix with [[Flour|flour]] 1-3%, for crispy coated [[Deep fried|deep fried]] [[Piri piri|piri piri]] chicken portion.
