You might have guess that I'm a massive fan of Taste Sensation's products; this one is no exception. I will be honest, I got a free sample bag of this with one of my recent orders from Nick. It didn't take me long to use that up - this recipe is made from the 1 kilo I ordered (and paid for - £9.99, 12th Jan. 2021).

My favourite use for this is to add to turkey or chicken as a marinade; especially when cooking sous-vide. It's also rather good over corn tortilla chips and nut mixes.
