Your entry for oca is not oca, the photo is of what we call papalisa or olluco (Ullucus tuberosus) here in the Andes. Ocas are longer, thinner, beige-ish and are an (Oxalis tuberosus). An excellent and very useful site-- but no information on hot peppers!
