Red pepper

I made this with 6 fat garlic cloves, a finely chopped, de-seeded roast red pepper and plenty of seasoning. I rolled the 'sausage' in yellow cornmeal instead of breadcrumbs and used a quantity of broa for the roll. Even with double the sauce it was a very bland and boring dish.
