Red pepper
I made this with 6 fat garlic cloves, a finely chopped, de-seeded roast red pepper and plenty of seasoning. I rolled the 'sausage' in yellow cornmeal instead of breadcrumbs and used a quantity of broa for the roll. Even with double the sauce it was a very bland and boring dish. The chickens are enjoying the rest as I type. Chef 16:15, 6 July 2009 (BST)
