just an idea at present - Julia, if you see this it should probably be: Basa balls with recado de achiote or similar (basa fish)

Basa sesammme seeds milk spring onions

It should be 'Albóndigas de basa con recado de achiote'. If you use 'albóndigas' on its own without qualifying it, it means meat balls. Thus you would not say 'Albóndigas de carne'. --JuliaBalbilla 11:26, 21 November 2009 (GMT)

My thanks as always. It may not make it as a recipe, but will have a bash tomorrow and it will be thusly named if it succeeds. I see we have a recipe for duck's feet now. Have to get some on my next visit to the wholesaler. Brilliant!
