Method

  1. Using a blender, puree the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, salt & pepper and olive oil
  2. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in plenty of well salted boiling water
  3. Drain and return to the pan, together with the pureed tomato mixture
  4. Allow to warm through while mixing well
  5. Serve and enjoy!
