St Eadburgha cheese

St Eadburgha is similar in appearance to Camembert or Brie in that it has a white rind. As the cheese matures, the centre becomes softer and the flavour becomes more pungent, and the rind will gradually darken. It is an organic farmhouse cows' milk cheese.

St Eadburgha won a Bronze Award at the British Cheese Awards in 2005.

It is produced by Gorsehill Abbey Cheese of Broadway in Worcestershire and they have a list of retail outlets.

Cheeseworks of Cheltenham and Paxton & Whitfield of Bourton-on-the-Water both offer a mail-order service for the cheese.
