A red hot, spicy chutney that can be eaten as soon as it has been prepared
Ingredients

- 1 big handful of coriander leaves, most stems removed
- 1 big handful of mint leaves, most stems removed
- 6 green chillies, deseeded
- 1 teaspoon hot chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, dry roasted
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 2 teaspoons mango powder or sumac
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add everything to a food processor and blend to a paste
- Add to a serving bowl and drizzle with lemon juice
