Method

  1. Chop the spring onions finely
  2. Whisk the cream in a bowl. If is quite thick, you might want to whisk in a tablespoon or so of milk to thin it down
  3. Fold in the spring onions, reserving a few pieces of green onion to dress it with
  4. Sprinkle with the reserved green onions and sprinkle with paprika
