| Crush the [[Garlic|garlic]] into the [[Vinegar|vinegar]] and allow to [[Marinate|marinate]].
| Wash and peel all of the [[Vegetables|vegetables]].
| Shred the [[Lettuce|lettuce]], [[Cabbage|cabbage]] and [[Leeks|leeks]] and cut the [[Root vegetables|root vegetables]] into fine [[Julienne|julienne]] strips.
| Place in a large [[Salad|salad]] bowl.
| Chop the [[Olives|olives]] and add to the other [[Vegetables|vegetables]].
| Season to taste, add the [[Vinegar|vinegar]] and [[Garlic|garlic]].
| Mix thoroughly.
