Pie, tart or flan conversion charts
These tables show the amount of shortcrust pastry needed for pie, flan and tart tins or rings of differing sizes so that you can adapt recipes for the tins you already have, rather than buying new ones. Note, you may need to reduce or increase the temperature and cooking time if there is a large difference between the original product diameter and the one you are making.
