Philadelphia apple and celery cracker stack

- Slice half the apple (removing the core) and chop the other half into small dice. Slice the celery.
- Mix the Philadelphia with the chopped apple and celery and arrange the sliced apple on top of the water biscuits.
- Place the Philadelphia mixture on top of the apple slices and stack one biscuit on top of the other, serve immediately.
