Petite tomme beulet cheese
Petite tomme beulet is a semi-hard, pasteurised cows' milk cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region of France. It is pressed and uncooked and has very fine holes. After a short maturation period, the rind develops grey and white moulds. It is 9cm in diameter, 5cm in thickness and about 300g in weight. The flavour is sweet with an aftertaste of nuts.
