Pavé de Moutte cheese

Pavé de Moutte is a mixed milk cheese from the Var département of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in France.

The cheese has a natural bloomy white rind and is square in shape. Each side measures 10cm, its height is 2.5cm and it weighs 300g.
